工作任务 Tasks:
1. 二级，三级项目主导, 制定并跟踪项目计划，组织项目会议，项目评审和项目沟通，包括和德国团队的英文会议沟通，协调项目成员按照项目的质量，交付，成本要求完成项目并导入量产。
Lead level II, level III projects, make and track project schedule, organize project meeting, project gate review and project communication, including English meeting between epChina and epGermany, coordinate project team member to SOP according to the Quality, Delivery, Cost target of projects.
2. 根据客户需求，制定，确认设计规格书，负责硬件方案的设计实现，包括参数计算，计算机仿真，元器件选型，硬件测试和设计评审，DFMEA。
Create and confirm design specification according to the voice of customer, in charge of the implementation of hardware solution, including design calculation, simulation, component selection, hardware test, design review and DFMEA.
3. 负责PCBA的测试实现，包括制定EMS工厂端的FCT测试计划和epCN工厂端的成品风机测试计划，问题分析和问题解决。
In charge of the implementation of PCBA testing, including FCT test plan of EMS side and finish good End of Line test plan, failure analysis and problem solving.
4. 支持工艺团队，供应商质量，过程质量，客户质量，应用工程团队的电子技术问题。
Support Process Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Process Quality Engineer, Customer Quality Engineer and Application Engineer from electronic technical side.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 本科3年或硕士2年以上电力电子行业工作经验，具有直流无刷电机控制器硬件设计，或伺服，变频器，功率因素校正，开关电源硬件设计相关经验。
Bachelor degree with more than 5 years’ experience, or Master degree with more than 2 years’ experience, experience on BLDC control hardware design, or Servo, Inverter, PFC, SMPS hardware design.
2. 熟悉电力电子功率器件，如开关电源变压器，MOS管，IGBT，IPM。
Familiar with power electronic components, such as transformer, MOSFET, IGBT, IPM.
3. 具备良好的英文阅读，邮件沟通能力，能进行口语交流，有英文会议经验者优先。
Good in English reading, email writing, can communicate in oral English, better have English meeting experience.
4. 良好的沟通和团队合作能力，有带团队经验者优先。
Strong communication and team skills, better have team leader experience.
