Responsibilities (but not limited to): 1. Support and follow up the sales development and achievement of regional market and bespoke project services. 2. Responsible for existing account management and clients' communications and conflict resolution. 3. Discover client's business needs and proposing appropriate solutions. 4. Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account. 5. Prepare regular client reports and attending client meetings. 6. Analyze marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies. 7. Develop plans to target new customers. 8. Develop company's account sales strategies, marketing strategies and promotional communication channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential market. 9. Retain existing customers. 10. Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline. 11. Other tasks assignment by the line manager. Qualifications: 1. More than 5-year working experience with minimum 2-year sales related experience (both 2B and 2C), retail/furniture industry are preferred. 2. Bachelor's Degree or above. Good command of English. 3. Good understanding in the relative market and products of home furnishing. 4. Strong business acumen and complex problem-solving skills. Results orientated. 5. Independent and reliable. 6. Comply with company policies, company employee handbook, rules and regulations issued and updated by company in real time.
