Principal responsibilities
— Control and ensure the compliance of purchased equipment or material with technical specifications and project requirement.
— Check of dimension according to drawing, correct material used and quality of welding & NDE& Paint etc.
— Defining and reviewing suppliers' ITP or quality plans,
— Follow up the quality findings and NC reports.
— Ad-hoc assignment from line manager.


Required qualifications/experiences
— Knowledge of applicable measuring and testing equipment and manufacturing tolerances
— Professional in NDT and Welding
— Ability to read & understand drawings and documents like ITP, Check Lists, Procedures etc and undertake inspection activities accordingly.
— Conversant with international codes and standards like ASME or EN, GB code as a minimum.
— Knowledge of production methods and manufacturing sequence of pipes, fittings, forgings, vessel, steel structure.
— Good communication in English language, both written and spoken
— IT skills such as MS Word & MS Excel as a minimum
— Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Fabrication Engineering, welding Engineering
— minimum 3 years in inspections of pipe, fittings, vessel, steel structure etc.
