Responsibilities: 1. Familiar with the national social insurance, housing fund policies; 协助薪酬团队处理客户员工社保、公积金等事务; 2. Familiar with the practical operation of the national social insurance and housing fund personnel changes, entry and exit, declaration and remittance procedures; 社保和公积金加减计算及操作; 3. Handle the procedures for various social insurance types and housing fund enjoyment withdrawal; 处理各项社会保险和公积金操作; 4. Have experience in cooperating with local agencies; 与各相关部门对接; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders; 完成其他组长布置的相关工作; 7. Establish and maintain good relations with government authorities and internal. 与政府相关部门及公司内部业务团队及维护良好的合作关系。
Requirements: 1. Familiar with the national social insurance, housing fund policies; 熟练掌握社保公积金加减操作; 2. 1 year above in operating social insurance and housing fund experience; 1年以上社保公积金操作经验;有乙方经验优先; 3. Good in English reading and writing; 一定英文听说读写能力; 4. Have a good sense of service, strong communication skill. 具备较好的服务意识,沟通能力和团队合作精神。
