Brief, execute, monitor and improve multi-layered messages & assets (variety of contents - film, gif's, key visuals, articles, KOL/KOC cooperation content etc., variety of messages, personalized by tribes) Functional: Hard skills: * Analytical skills and data-backed decision making mindset * A demonstrated track record in end to end scope in FMCG * Hands-on integrated campaign & activation experience on digital environment including paid media, social media & new emerging APPs Soft skills * Communication skills * Ownership and self-automated * Be creative when embracing changes * Having high growth agility and potential to grow to more senior level in a near future Leadership: * Able to work under pressure and drive for sustainable performance * Can lead agencies with collaborative mindset Qualification: * Minimum university graduate * 5+ years of mkt experience, FMCG company, end to end preferred * Marketing activation experienace is a must * Fluent in Chinese & English
