岗位职责: 1. Customer visit, business develop and follow up (Pre-sales, Quote, after-sales), achieved sales quota. 客户拜访, 项目开发和跟踪(售前,报价,售后),完成销售额; 2. Working with marketing and engineering team to understand customer application, provide best probe technology solution to customer. 协同市场和产品部门充分了解客户实际需求,并提供最合适的探针卡技术方案; 3. Better understanding customer project Forecast, production plan, their markets and competitors. 深入了解客户的需求, 计划,他们的市场方向以及相关的同行业竞争对手。
任职要求: 1. BS/MS of EE/ME/Automation control or similar. 本科或以上学历,电子工程,机械或者自动化专业; 2. 3+ years semiconductor industry sales experience, wafer test or Probe card sales is preferred 3年以上半导体行业销售经验,晶圆测试或探针卡行业经验者优先; 3. Good interpersonal skills, including clear, concise and timely communication and proven ability to foster important relationships with customers and key stakeholders. 良好的人际交往能力,包括清晰、简明、及时的沟通,培养与客户和关键利益相关者的重要关系的能力; 4. Good sales and negotiation skills. 具有良好的销售及谈判技巧; 5. Willing to travel and challenge 能适应出差和接受挑战; 6. English skill: both oral and written is required 良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
