What can you expect - Be a representative of Marsh’s outstanding service to our client - Professional training of the regarding business and working process - Good challenges to be overcome and professional development What is in it for you - Working with colleagues from the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser - Competitive compensation & benefit - Development and opportunity of your career We will count on you to - Develops new and expanded business opportunities. - Provides property risk consulting services to the clients of various industries, such as semiconductor manufacturing, LCD manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, data centers, etc. - Makes recommendations on design of research & analysis plan, manages research, data collection and documentation and conducts more complex research & analysis of clients risks to provide guidance to clients - Creates presentations/slides and other communications of high complexity and extracts and summarizes key insights for presentations/communications that drive internal and client meetings - Drives client and internal meetings to drive client projects - Develops pricing for projects, supports the development of proposals and reviews technical concept working with consulting management to improve efficiency - Advises clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to support risk programs and initiatives. - Builds and nurtures successful business/working relationships with clients to grow the books. - Be up- to- date on industry trends around risk management to understand client's business environment and basic risk management environment better - Begins to lead small projects. What you need to have - 5-8 years working experience of property risk consulting or reasonable safety management working experience of high-risk working environment industry - Expert in safety management knowledge from the relating industries - Excellent project management skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Willingness for business travel - Passion for client facing job What makes you stand out - Strong safety management experience from a company in high-risk working environment, such as semiconductor manufacturing, LCD manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, data centers, etc. - Be familiar with FM Global loss prevention data sheets, NFPA codes, Chinese GB codes, and SEMI safety guidelines. - Property risk consulting experience
