We are seeking an experienced process engineer to join our continuously evolving technical team. You will play a key role in driving process innovation and production efficiency by deeply learning and accumulating knowledge in the theory and technologies of Nylon 6,6 polymerization and spinning.

Job Responsibilities:
61 Delve into the Nylon 6,6 polymerization and spinning processes, systematically learning technical know-how and accumulating knowledge.
61 Identify improvement opportunities in the factory's polymerization and spinning processes through continuous learning and knowledge accumulation.
61 Design thoughtful experiments and implement them in compliance with factory safety and quality regulations to maximize value creation for the factory.
61 Use data analysis to support decision-making processes, drive technical improvements, and innovations creating long term value.
61 Collect and analyze various data from the production process to identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and yield. Provide technical and data support to the production department for implementing improvements, promoting continuous improvement of yield and quality.
61 Maintain and optimize existing data analysis tools in the factory and develop new tools based on feedback and needs from the production department.
61 Collaborate with the quality department to listen to customer voices and pain points, investigate various quality complaints, and continuously improve customer satisfaction through technical and process improvements.


Candidate Requirements:
61 3-5 years of experience in chemical or polymer industry.
61 Master's degree in Polymer Materials or Materials Science.
61 Strong data analysis skills with the ability to process and analyze large amounts of data independently.
61 Contribution motivated, willingness to take on meaningful challenges, and curiosity about unknown fields. Be a lifelong learner, always find new and better ways to do things.
61 Good communication capability and the ability to solve problems independently.
61 Fluent in both written and spoken English.
61 Experience in process safety management and process automation will be a plus.
