Main duties: 1. Directly supervises: Discipline leads/engineers Internally: all engineering disciplines, Procurement, Construction Externally: Clients, Subcontractors, Vendors, Partners, Authorities and licensors Report to: Project Manager during project execution. 2. Coordinates the engineering and procurement of project work assigned (per several disciplines or project areas and/or facility unit) in accordance with Company's QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget, including but not limited to: 2.1 Within his area of responsibilities, enforces QHSES corporate policies 2.2 Ensures that all disciplines under his/her responsibility have all information and data to proceed with activities 2.3 Ensures the interdisciplinary consistency of design and requisitioning documents 2.4 Ensures that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time 2.5 Contributes in obtaining client approval on technical documents 2.6 Ensures the technical documents required for the permitting process (as required by contract and authorities) 3. Ensures timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor(PMT manager): follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/or potential risks 4. Supporting Project Manager on project control and monitoring performance target deviation, work with team to have timely mitigation.
Qualifications Requirements: (education background / relevant working experiences / knowledge / skill / ability / special request) Must have: Working experiences +10 years working experience + 5 years of experience in process, engineering or other project Education background Process/Pipe/Mechanical degree or diploma Knowledge / Skill Professional English Nice to have: National Registered Process Engineer is preferred.
