Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operation of warehouse team and monitor logistics service providers' performance. Responsible for improving the delivery time and transportation expense, shipment accuracy to meet KPI targets. 2. Based on strategic plan of SBC, define work plan for logistics team to execute SBC strategy. Take initiatives to remove roadblocks and break functional barriers to achieve objectives. 3. Responsible for inventory control to ensure inventory accuracy. 4. Responsible for improving the utilization rate of warehouse. 5. Resolve customer complaints timely and improve processes to reduce complains from logistics. 6. Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, evaluation, and training. 7. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures. 8. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines. 9. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues. 10. Other assignments from direct superior.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree, in engineering background is a plus. 2.Total 5 years' working experience in warehousing and transportation with at least 3 years' working experience in a team management role. Experience in Elevator Industry is a plus. Experience with export and import is a plus. 3.Good spoken and written English. 4.Good skill with MS Office, ERP. Experience with SAP is a plus. 5.Strong communication and analytical skills, good problem solving skill.
