Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the China Finance Director, the Finance Manager will primarily focus on accounts receivable management while also overseeing project management, client relations, and team management. The ideal candidate will possess a solid financial background, 8+ years of experience (preferably including Big 4 experience), and proficiency in both oral and written English.



Key Responsibilities:

? Accounts Receivable Management:

1, Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and credit management.

2, Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt risk.

3, Monitor aging reports and implement measures to ensure timely payment from customers.

? Project Management & System Transitions:

1, Lead financial aspects of projects and system transitions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

2, Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mitigate project risks.

? Client Facing & Relationship Management:

1,Manage client expectations and foster positive relationships through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

2, Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

? Team Leadership:

1,Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

2,Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.

? Stakeholder Communication:

1,Communicate financial results, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

2,Collaborate with global finance teams to share best practices and ensure alignment.


Qualifications and Requirements:

1, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

2, Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including Big 4 experience preferred.

3, Strong understanding of accounts receivable management principles and practices.

4, Demonstrated experience in team management and managing projects.

5, Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

6, Proficiency in both oral and written English.

7, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
