Responsibilities ? To convert sales opportunities into new sales revenue in accordance with agreed sales targets. ? To sell Tectura’s products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact. ? Build and manage a team of Account Managers. ? Assist management in devising direct sales plans and strategies. ? Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data on a regular basis. ? To conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate new business. ? To perform sales demonstrations and presentations. ? To manage and generate responses to RFP/RFI and tenders to coordinate pre-sales resource engagement. ? To develop, maintain and work a contact database including the fostering of relationships with business influencers such as partners, associates, industry organizations and attending appropriate networking functions. ? To maintain a professional standard in the workplace and represent the company at all times in the best possible professional standard. Requirements ? Solid experience in selling complex software and services projects, with proven ability to prosecute and close sales. ? Strong Team management skills. ? History of “on target” quota achievement. ? Very strong document writing skills e.g. proposals, tender responses. ? Experienced in selling at executive management level. ? Good understanding of general business principles across a number of dimensions including financials, manufacturing and supply chain management. ? Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in formal presentation scenarios. ? Able to operate under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment. ? The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner. ? Strong time management and prioritization skills
