1. Closely communicate with the manager, make sure the relevant task can be executed/done as soon as possible. 2. Timely solving the issue of the account, without the client chasing. 3. Closely work on the daily shipment & with the team from the beginning to the end. 4. Drive the SOP & process improvement constantly. 5. Make sure the team to complete the system update & job on time, closely monitoring the data quality, KPI & profit. 6. Make sure each job profit is in line with the manager’s expectation/instruction. 7. Avoid the issue happens, especially for those which will have the penalty or influence the customer relationship. 8. Work with the contract holder, to make sure they are happy with our service, as well as getting the space & equipment. 9. Familiar with CARGOO & daily operation. 10. In charge of the daily update & report to the client & management team. 11. Check the month end billing, Profit & TEU in the system. 12. Work on the EU trade & the other account supervisor, can be the backup of each other. 13. Closely monitoring the allocation/space/blank sailing, report to the EU contract holder on time. 14. Work with the manager for charter business, closely communicate with the vice president of the company. Make sure the smooth operation of each charter, billing on time & correctly. 15. Clearly guide the team for their daily operation, problem solving, solution driven. 16. Keep the good relationship with our HQ. 17. Team management and work on the talent development
