- Market data analysis including industry market size projecting, market intelligence, market/customer share analysis, category and products trend forecast, etc. - SFE improvement plan, support sales team development with organization optimization, drive right selling behaviors to meet business goals; execution of the corporate CE calendar and provide timely feedback to leadership and CE team - ECPs relationship management project, operation of the digital platform “the Plough”, membership development and management, quarterly promotion mechanism implement etc. - Store management, responsible for the management of national stores (both lens and frames), including improving the national store database, store mapping, and building national store retail map - National key store development strategies developing, including white space development,, build of store segmentation/ classification system, store labeling by category, promoting key categories in stores, and developing store operation SOPs - Assist the marketing department in developing a regional quarterly market cycle plan, and be responsible for following up on the market activities of all landing stores, including the selection, implementation, and tracking of store in store projects - Data analysis by store dimensions, including key store sell out, key category sell out, competitor sell out, and category share in the store - Sales data statistics and analysis, to establish a basic analysis framework, responsible for analysis reports and insights on monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the sales team and any other regular data review.
Requirements: - At least 8 year relevant working experience - Strong problem solving skills, good communication skills and interpersonal skills. - Very positive working attitude, be able to work under pressure and take initiatives - Fluent English is must
