Responsibility - Be responsible for all aspects of service delivery from planning, budgeting, policy setting, execution, service level and quality - Act as a technical advisor of Business Operation on design brief of technical aspects for the project - Carry out checking/ make comments of drawings & specification in advance of construction on the aspect of building operation and maintenance - Coordinate with other departments for the comments of design works and ensure the comments are well received and addressed - Manage the testing and commissioning as well as the defects management of new projects - Provide guidelines and supervise the on-site managers for all aspects related to service delivery - Check and monitor the operation and maintenance work of the on-site service delivery team to ensure the service levels are meeting the expectation - Review technical skill & standard of the on-site technical teams for the required training of technical staff to enhance service delivery standard - Perform periodical audit on the quality of service delivery and make recommendation to site team for improvement. Requirements - Recognized degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience in which at least 8 years are gained in supervisory level - Holder of recognized institute of Engineering is preferred - Project experience at sizable high-end commercial properties in both Hong Kong and on the Mainland is required - Well versed with the latest relevant ordinances and the best technical practices in the facility management / maintenance industry - Possess strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication and people management skill - Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) - Regular travel to the Mainland is required - Embracing our values of integrity, sustainability, excellence and openness.
