The desired candidate will be responsible for RX operation performance analysis and reporting within Greater China scope and be the strong
business partner of GC Operation Vice President to provide valuable analysis to support the fast growth of Greater China business.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for monthly management reporting and analysis
2. Responsible for forecast and budgeting process from operation perspective and support top management to building up mid- term
planning.
3. Act as center of communication to drive corporate operational initiatives among subsidiaries.
4. Assist in other initiatives and analysis.
5. Continuous improvement on processes to support a fast, accurate and fruitful reporting and analysis.
6. Training and knowledge transferring within the team, as well as to finance or operation correspondences in Greater China subsidiaries.
7. Must ensure the confidentiality of the financial data, operational results within GC scope.
Requirement:
1. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, detail oriented, and keen on figures. Advanced proficiency with EXCEL.
2.Understanding in manufacturing costing and ERP is highly preferred
3. Ability to clearly present information and collaborate with all levels of the organizations, both finance and non-finance
4. Entrepreneurship and resiliency
5. Excellent communication skills, self-confident, high sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
6. 2+ years working experience preferred
7. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance.
8. Excellent verbal, reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese
