Job Description
1. To analyze historical sales, model and integrate markets trends, seasonality and other major events to optimize the statistical calculation
2. Closely work with the sales team and run a regular forecast review/Demand S&OP meeting independently to reach consensus and secure a reliable and realistic sales forecast.
3. Demand planning performance analysis (Forecast accuracy/Anomaly analysis/demand Vs supply imbalances analysis).
4. Drive the inventory performance KPI meet the site strategy goal; Optimize demand planning process to ensure on time delivery, reduce excess inventory and improve MPS Performance
5. Data analysis for continuous improvements in various projects.
6. Monitor data correction after system running. To solve system issues effectively and keep running smoothly to fulfill business requirements.
Job Specification
1. University graduate with degree
2. Above 5-years experiences in demand planning and S&OP
3. Good communication and presentation skill
4. Advanced Excel/MRP knowledge, SAP APO application skills are preferred.
5. The ability to build mathematical models and develop forecasting tools is preferred
6. Fluent writing and oral English skill.
