I. Roles and Responsibilities 1 Perform all tasks/activities strictly following company SOP in order to ensure effective workflow within team. 2 Coordinate with suppliers & operation team for shipment handling (customs formality, pick up/delivery, etc.). 3 Daily shipment tracking and information update, billing report preparation. 4 Customers complain and special issues handling. 5 Good communication with internal/external colleagues to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. i.e. SOP, prompt response attitude, always seeking solutions or possibilities. 6 Inform supervisor/manager of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback to customers/overseas agents. 7 Ensure system data accuracy and timely billing / job costing. 8 Support Sales on local controlled business development. 9 Outstanding cleaning up.
II. Education and Experience requirements 1 Bachelor’s degree or above. 2 Familiar with air freight import/export operation procedures. 3 More than 3-6 years related experiences, the background for global forwarder will be preferable.
III. Job Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position 1 Good communication skill for both oral and written in English and Mandarin. 2 Good skill for PC and Microsoft office, especially for Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 3 Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit. 4 Able to work in a diverse environment and cultures. 5 Able to work under pressure.
