1. Resolve matter / follow up with customer enquiry via social media messages or emails 2. Coordinate with internal parties (marketing and operation departments) 3. Daily monitoring of customer feedback across social network (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) 4. Support ad-hoc projects / tasks
Requirement
1. At least 1+ years in customer service 2. Passion and patience in helping customers with their difficulties 3. Good command in both written/spoken English and Chinese 4. Independent, detail-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking 5. Creative, understand the Internet and consumer behaviour 6. Prior experience in using Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Instagram and Tiktok is highly preferred but not compulsory 7. Proficiency in Google doc/sheets/slides and Chinese Word Processing is highly preferred 8. Candidates from E-commerce, media agency, hospitality and logistics industry are welcome!
