Key Responsibilities 1.Lead the accounting team (AP, GL) and ensure accounting operation performance to meet Company’s accounting objectives: accurate & timely reflect Company’s operation activities for management control. 2.Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing, assist in budget, and analyse the financial reports. 3.Work with management committee to establish strategic business plans and financial objectives; conduct financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting etc related financial activities. 4.Continuously enhance internal controls to safeguard the corporate assets. 5.Responsible to assess and reduce business risk, including loss risk, tax risk etc. 6.Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions making and evaluate business operation performance. 7.Control expenses; improve the cost saving sensibility. 8.Conduct cash flow management, improve cash efficiency; establish and manage banking relationships. 9.Support each function team to accomplish the operational objective from finance aspects. 10.Responsible for group audit and local government audit. 11.Finish other tasks handed by related superiors.
Requirements 1.Bachelor degree or above on accounting or finance management major. 2.Over 8 years above financial related experience. 3.fluent in English both oral & written. 4.proficiency in MS Office; experience in SAP system. 5.Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
