Key Responsibilities include: ? 1. Answer timely and professionally, mails sent by our clients. ? 2. Contact clients whenever they require and answer their requests about audits, inspections and lab testing. ? 3. Order processing and handling (quotation, entry into system, queries and follow up). ? 4. Explain and help clients to book on QIMA’s online platform. ? 5. Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients.
Minimum Requirements: In order to succeed in this role, you have: 1. College degree or above 2. >=5 year working experience in a similar position 3. Good command of English 4. Some knowledge or experience of 3rd party inspection company or lab or buying office will be preferred 5. Positive working attitude
