1. Work closely with different buyers to understand their needs and thus provide solutions; 2. Independently work on new developments in details with supervision under Merchandiser Manager; 3. Assist on the costing and quotation to achieve a better price; 4. Follow up details with both QA team and suppliers for the sample approval process to ensure the deadline and specifications is to be met; 5. Follow up through whole production process and provide solution timely to make sure the on-time delivery; 6. Manage suppliers by providing support, coaching and monitoring them during all time of activities; 7. Follow up on critical cases until settled; 8. Possess with knowledge on specific products and technical skills; [Qualification] 1. College degree and above; 2. At least 5 years’ experience in related area; 3. Fluent English with both verbal and written; 4. Sourcing and negotiating ability; 5. Good communication skill and know how to deal with different personalities; 6. Organizing and good time-managing skills; 7. Must be a team player, and willing to support each other.
