Your key responsibilities
? Project management, win business by managing pro-active and reactive
development of fragrance to answer client’s briefs, support sales efforts
? Solid partner of perfumers and other key stakeholders.
? Constantly develops in-depth market product knowledge, detect olfactive
trends and needs for category (CMI) and turns them into concrete fragrance
solutions
? Participants to category strategy definition and execution
? Leads regional and global projects and initiatives, communication
networking internally and externally
? Act as a role model/reference for AFDMs "

You bring
? Bachelor degree or equivalent education background
? 2-3 years working experience in fragrance evaluation
? Good communication & interpersonal skills
? Good presentation and project management skills
? Creative, self-driving, proactive, accountable and patient
? Excellent Oral and Written English & Mandarin
