Your Responsibilities ? Contribute to the creation and execution of a new global sourcing structure and be a driving force behind its success. ? Develop and implement global procurement strategies, ensuring they align with overarching company objectives in collaboration with local organizations. ? Leverage procurement synergies on both national and global scales. ? Develop and implement industry-leading processes. ? Optimize the current supplier base, focusing on cost-effectiveness, quality, and innovation. ? Prepare, plan, negotiate, and finalize global frame agreements. ? Manage supply chain risks by ensuring medium and long-term planning to mitigate potential supply shortages and regulatory changes.
Your profile ? A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. ? Several years of experience in strategic purchasing or category management, focusing on international procurement of direct materials, preferably in electromechanics, electronics, sensors, PCBAs or mechanics. ? Experience working in a global corporation in an industrial B2B area, including a matrix structure and managing cross-functional stakeholders. ? Demonstrated success in independently implementing cost reduction and process optimization projects. ? Business-level proficiency in English (Living, studying, or min. C1 level); German is a plus. ? Strong analytical skills that enable you to use complex information to make decisions with a lasting positive impact. ? You enjoy working in an intercultural environment and have strong stakeholder management skills. ? Expertise in contract management, negotiations, and contract law. ? A self-starter with an interdisciplinary approach and willingness to travel.
