Job Specifications and Responsibilities: ? 根据客户要求生成服务报价单,包括但不限于人工、备件等和服务相关联的内容,完成报价所需要的资料并负责后续客户的沟通问询工作 Generate quotations according to customer requirements, complete the information required for quotations, and be responsible for subsequent customer communication and inquiries
? 负责接听服务热线电话,处理客户维修的需求并且登记相关信息以及报价需求 Responsible for the service hotline, handling customer repair and quotation needs
? 根据报价单确认后,需处理商务合同,并且完成合同签订所需要的相关工作,包括审批、盖章、合同的归档整理 Process business contracts and complete the work required for contract signing
? 客户付款情况的跟踪和确认,及时与客户沟通相关报价、合同、交付等相关事务以推进业务的进展 Track and confirm customer payment status, and timely communicate with customers on relevant quotations, contracts, delivery and other related matters
? CRM系统中查询、创建或更新客户资料信息 Create or update customer-related information in the CRM system
? 负责与团队内部沟通协作,确保合同的实施交付 Coordinate cooperation within the company to ensure contract implementation and delivery
? 完成上级经理安排的相关工作 Other hoc jobs assigned by line manager
Job Requirement: ? 本科及以上学历,理工科背景且有2年客户服务工作经验者优先 Bachelor degree or above, engineering, mechanical background and 2 years experience in Customer Service position is preferred
? 有责任感,耐心细致、有良好的学习能力 Sense of responsibility and patience, careful, good learning ability
? 具备抗压能力和自我驱动力 Resilient to pressure and strong self-drive mindset
? 具备良好的沟通能力,擅长于团队合作 Strong communication skills, good at teamwork
