RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Responsible for the overall training management of the call center sales team, including new employee orientation product training, practical operation training, etc. Find the business needs of the sales team in time, make reasonable adjustments, optimize the training materials, and be responsible for the training effect. 61 According to business status and organizational development strategy, be able to independently take charge of training projects, including data preparation, training course development, training organization, training process control, training data statistics, training effect tracking, etc., and correct and optimize. 61 Timely and effective insight into training needs, multi-dimensional analysis to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of needs. Develop courses according to training needs and evaluate and certify them to ensure that the courses match the needs. 61 Establish, improve and optimize sales operations SOPs, documentation, training system and continuously optimizing unreasonable parts to promote team cooperation efficiency. 61 Performance manage coach and motivate the cruise consultants to ensure sales KPI’S are met and exceeded. 61 Listen, observe, feedback to the consultants on their performance and implement action plans to improve performance. 61 Conduct constant 1 to 1’s and appraisals to review performance. 61 Identify training requirements and communicate with the management team. Ensure team are up to date with the latest offers and product offerings to help enhance sales/customer service. 61 Monitor and manage performance with the team in line with Viking procedures and policies.
QUALIFICATION PROFILE 61 At least 3 years of telemarketing team sales coaching experience with tourism, Financial, Luxury and hospitality industry is a plus. 61 Experience with script and SOP designing. 61 Good training documentation management. 61 Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment (preferably call center). 61 Bachelor’s degree and above. 61 Project management experience is plus. 61 Fluent English capabilities with spoken, written and reading. 61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. 61 Display good commercial awareness and understanding of company vision, objectives and strategy along with strong competitor awareness. 61 Passion for driving sales through the team. 61 Ability to motivate self and others. 61 Highly flexible, positive and resilient with the ability to be innovative and create a fun environment. 61 Proactive problem solver and takes ownership for own performance and development.
