SUMMARY: 1. Communicate with US marketing team/US Production/US on a daily basis to finalize product details 2. Work and communicate with vendors/Internal function team to be sure ship cargos on time. GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: 1. Work with local Vendor to fully understand US team’s requirement. 2. Work closely with other departments to make sure all the goods develop smoothly. 3. Follow the orders and solve emergency issue, control the quality ensures ship the best product to retailer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Take over ordered kits from NPD team and learn the component details. 2. Work with Pkg, QA and Compliance teams on Pkg & Instruction & VAC tray layout. 3. Work with Compliance team on testing and QA team on signing sample to vendor. 4. Work with US Planner on PO ex-fty date issue if any. 5. Work with US CM on fully pkg kits issue if any. 6. Work with vendors to make sure on time delivery. 7. Set up Dev for the ordered items with any suffix. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Education: College/University graduate (pref. In International Trade, Business administration, merchandising or supply chain management) 2. At least 5 year of merchandising experience 3. Good command of written & spoken English 4. Customer oriented , experience in working with multiple customers, especially with North American customers. 5. Familiar with hard goods, such as crafts/stationery/toys/promotion gifts.etc. Great product /material knowledge including costing, market trends, quality, safety, import/export requirement, etc. 6. Self-motivated, well-organized, positive, energetic and strategic thinking 7. Great communication and negotiation skill , Good connection with local suppliers and customers. 8. Good computer skill, especially for the software of Ms Office and Outlook 9. Willing to travel in domestic factories if need. 10. Result-driven and can perform under pressure, working overtime if need.
