Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Set up standard time and optimization, capacity analysis.
建立标准工时并优化，同时做相应的产能分析
2. Continually improve the assembly quality and efficiency by optimizing the
assembly process.
不断优化装配工艺，提供装配质量和效率.
3. Plant layout and plan their evolution.
车间布局与优化.
4. Advance of 5S project, check and optimize.
5S项目的推进，检查，提高。
5. Internal process sort and optimize in SPL.
SPL内部流程梳理及优化
6. Quality problem processing and customer complaints analysis to improve
质量问题处理和客户投诉分析改善
7. Support outsourcing.（SOP，train and cost）
外包项目提供支持(作业指导书，培训，成本分析等)
8. Collection the rationalization proposals from workers then assessment and
implementation.
员工合理化建议的收集，评定，执行。
9. Guide and follow up the production improvement activities.
生产现场改善活动的指导与追踪。
10. Lean production project like VSM , 3P, SW, Visual management, and so
on.
精益生产项目推动例如：VSM, 3P,标准作业，目视化管理等。

Requirements 任职要求:
1. Be able to work under pressure, open mind and team work.
能够在压力下工作，思路开阔且具有团队意识
2. 8+ year experience on IE.
8年以上的IE工作经验
3. Good communication and organization skills, good at planning and follow
up strictly
良好的沟通和组织能力，善于计划并严格执行
4. Good project promoting ability and cross-departmental collaboration
良好的项目推进能力，善于跨部门协作
5. Good at office、CAD 、Visio and other software
熟练掌握office 、CAD及Visio等办公软件
6. College or above, good English spoken and written.
本科以上学历，具备英文读写能力。
