Participate in new product development, lead system level requirement decomposes, concept and prototype development, integration, debug and test, verification & validation, design transfer, DHF creation; 2. Electronics design, testing and manufacturing effort for new product development; 3. Schedule electronics task in project, take part in VPM (Visual Project Management) Kaizan as EE owner; Execute and track EE plan; 4. Lead electronic system design review; 5. Contribute idea in innovation; confirm IP FTO; 6. Provide documentation for CE, UL or other standard; 7. Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation; 8. Assist supply chain selection and production process (assembly and inspection) development.
Person Specification: Skills / Competencies 1. Ability to work independently; 2. Ability to identify and manage task priorities; 3. Excellent at electronics design (schematic, multi-layer PCB layout), debug & test, and EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Multisim, AutoCAD, Keil, Vivado, etc.); 4. Excellent at embedded device development (e.g., 51, ARM, FPGA, etc.) and peripherals (e.g., USB, ethernet, Audio, Memory, display, IIC, SPI, CAN, etc.); 5. Experienced in component selection, trade-off analysis, experienced in actuator controlling (e.g., stepper motor, BLDC, solenoid) and sensor signal processing (OpAmp, filter, comparator); 6. Experienced in DFX (cost, manufacturing, test, service, reliability, usability, regulation, etc.); 7. Solid knowledge of safety and EMC standard; 8. Know-how on Firmware/SW architecture in product; 9. Supply chain selection and interaction; 10. Good English communication ability (verbal and written); 11. Good problem solving skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical communication ability;

Education B.S. degree or above in electronics/electrical engineering or related.
Experience 1. Minimal 5 years industry experience in electronics design, testing and manufacturing; 2. Firmware/software experience is preferred; 3. Medical device or life science product development experience, especially experience with complex system development would be preferred; 4. Global collaboration experience in matrix organization.
