Key Accountabilities - Lead Stylista business strategy development for both topline and bottom line target achievement. - - Support in marketing plan development, by crafting clear competition, consumers landscape and brand dynamics, bringing effective initiatives from end to end. - - Independently management of assigned A&P budget - - Track business of product line and support with all-channel promotion strategy - Support product innovation and product line management, including - - Closely work with R&D to drive product innovation and ensure winning product vs key competitors. - - Cooperate with internal multi-function team to track and arrange daily production - Develop consumer communication and activation in all channel across offline, digital and EC environment. Identifies solutions and make recommendations to help brand gain share. - - Product communication plan and activation across all touchpoints incl. digital campaign, offline big promotion support, and all-touchpoints content creation. - Can-do spirit, self-driven, willingness to make things happen, resilience to challenges Qualification - 3.5-5 or above years of marketing working experience (or related function cooperating with marketing) (Must) - End to end experience and experience in brand activation (Must). - Solid data capability & business acumen (Must) - FMCG industry is preferred - Strong understanding regarding promotional channels is preferred (Nice-to-have) - Experience in online media investment/ social commerce/live streaming is preferred (Nice-to-have) Functional/Business skills - Creative problem solver. - Ability to build, lead and deliver results with a clear sense of urgency. - Ability to collaborate, partner and influence people up, down and across the organization. - Proficient in speaking and writing in English - Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
