* Through accurate, relevant and timely business & financial analysis, support general Management in making effective business decisions. * To secure that adequate internal control processes are in place and that Group processes are implemented. * To participate in business activities and thereby actively contribute in developing the business in accordance with the strategy and targets. * To be proactive, with a core business and Customer focus, making sure that red flags are highlighted and that action plans are put in place. * To Implement and promote all sections of “The Way We Do Things” throughout the new company
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Responsibility for all financial and management reports in conformance with Group practice and procedures (FAM) as well as specific company requirements. * Follow up and analysis of business costing as well as of functional and all other relevant costs. * Actively participate in company result presentations in board, executive and management meetings. * Organization of the credit control function and supervision of all credit and collection activities. * Establishment of internal policies and procedures. * Work in coordination with Division Controller and Regional business Controller regarding product company and Customer Centre issues as required. * Handling of internal and external auditing requirements * Handle the company's legal matters.
Candidate profile:
Education
* University degree in Economics, Finance, business administration or equivalent.
Experience
* At least 10 years working experience in finance and/or Business Controller position and 5 years managerial experience.
Knowledge
* Familiar with Group accounting principles, IFRS and local statutory rules, a very solid knowledge and experience in Finance, administration procedures and information systems. * Analysis, planning and organizational skills is a must, proven track record of providing excellent business control and support service. * A genuine interest in all aspects of the business operation, and an ability to lead projects in the area of business control.
Skill:
* Presentation skill * Good computer skills including good command of Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint. * BPCS and SAP, GPS
Language
* High proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.
