Job Title: Chemical Mechanical Engineer 化工机械工程师，M&E，EHS / Maintenance 工程维修部/维修部 Report to: Mechanical Manager 机械经理，M&E，EHS/Maintenance 工程维修部/维修部 Purpose of This Role 职位目的： According to the supervisor’s direction and relevant technical specification, implement all routine, periodic, heavy maintenance and repair activities of workshop, to ensure the plant in normal condition. 按照主管的指令和相关的技术规范，执行所有日常工作，定期大修和维修工作，确保装置的正常运行。
Main Tasks of this Role：职位的主要职责 Maintenance and Repair 维护和修理 ？ Support workshop manager to make and develop the detail quality evaluation criterion. 支持车间经理制定和改进质量评估依据具体规定。 ？ Set up relevant maintenance procedure and guideline, include preventive and predictive maintenance procedure and follow up the execution. 设立相关的维修程序，包括预防性的维护程序，指导并跟踪执行情况 ？ Responsible for the improvement of repair skills, solving of serious problem and technical training, instruction for subordinates. 负责维修技能的提高，处理重大问题和技术培训，指导下属工作。 ？ Leading all the maintenance work that related to compressor, refrigerator etc. machinery and rotating equipment. 领导与压缩机、冷冻机等机械和运转设备相关的所有维修工作。 ？ Responsible for all the repair work of rotating equipment. 负责运转设备的所有维修工作。 ？ Responsible for supervising contractor’s service. 负责承包商服务性工作的监督 ？ Maintain all maintenance and repairing records, participate in monthly report to analyze the results of execution, and recommend improvement approach. 保留所有维护和维修记录，参加月度汇报，分析执行结果，提出改进措施 ？ Collaborate with CC/warehouse to maintain the proper spare inventory of rotating equipment. 和CC/仓库合作保留运转设备的备用量。 Quality Assurance 质量保证 ？ Ensure all the team members understand and complies company QA policies. 确保所有团队成员理解和遵守公司QA政策 ？ Ensure all the job and service be provided meet the QA objectives and requirement. 确保所有工作和服务满足QA目标和要求 Safety, health & environment 安全健康和环保 ？ Support department manager to make and develop workshop safety and environment protection manual and policy under company EHS guideline. And responsible for the implement. 支持部门经理在公司EHS方针下建立和发展车间安全和环境保护指南和政策，并负责执行。 EHS responsibility 环境健康安全责任 Employees are responsible for complying with the requirements of the EHS Policy and procedures. Their particular responsibilities are to: 遵守EHS政策和程序的要求，具体责任如下： ？ Observe the company EHS policy, procedures and working instructions; 遵守公司EHS政策、程序和工作指令； ？ To take EHS requirements into consideration prior to any activity or work to make sure that the launching work is safe to prevent/minimize the safety risk, environment pollution and other potential hazards; 在开始任何一项作业或工作前，必须考虑EHS 要求，确保工作安全地开展。防止出现/尽量降低安全风险、环境污染或其他隐患； ？ Attend all EHS training as required; 根据安排，参加所有EHS培训工作； ？ Familiarize themselves with MSDS of hazardous substances within workplace; 熟悉其工作场所存在的危害物质的安全材料数据表； ？ Develop safe working skills and habits; 培养安全工作技能和习惯； ？ Assist colleagues with EHS requirements; 帮助同事执行相关EHS规定； ？ Have the responsibility for promptly reporting to direct supervisor in case of any incidents and near miss or exposure to hazardous substances; 出现事故或未遂事故以及危险物质暴露时，立即上报直接主管； ？ Inform their supervisions of any hazard, unsafe condition or practice; 向主管报告发现的危险、不安全条件或做法； ？ Always practice good house keeping and keep workplace clean; 保持工作场所的整洁； ？ Fulfill other specific requirements according to Company procedures. 按照公司程序承担其它特定要求。
Requirements of This Role: 职位要求： Education 教育背景 Bachelor degree in chemical process equipment or mechanical design & manufacturing 全日制本科，化工过程机械或机械设计制造专业
Work experience 工作经验： 8+ years mechanical management experience in petrochemical/Chemical plants, specializing in rotating machine and PSV,PP 8年以上石油化工行业机械维修管理经验，特别是动设备维修经验和压力容器与压力管道维护管理经验 Job knowledge/skill 专业知识/技能 Solid mechanical knowledge in rotating/static equipment; Very good understanding for chemical process pumps, chillers, roots blowers, centrifugal compressors, pressure vessel and pressure pipe maintenance management etc 对动、静设备的维护有深入的理解，如化工过程泵、冷冻机，罗茨风机、离心压缩机，以及压力容器与管道的定期维护管理等 Foreign language ability 外语能力 Fluent in both oral and writing 能熟练运用英语进行交流，包括口语与书写 Others 其它要求： Communicate effectively 有效的沟通能力与技巧 Drive sustainable solutions 能够推动持续性的解决方案。
