Th Associate Account Manager position is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing ones in the region. The role needs to identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by engendering trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing ELV (including security, cabling, Audio Visual system) expertise to fulfill a specific client’s needs.
Main Responsibilities: Proactively achieve personal and dept. revenue and profit targets. Generate and identify sales leads. Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential clients. Prepare quotations and preliminary system design. Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, brand reputation, and market share. Enhance Convergint brand name and image through sales and marketing channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies. Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison when necessary.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience. Proven track record of sales achievements in previous experience. Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability. Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment. Strong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skills are required. Demonstrated influencing skills. Ability to work independently and interact with the sales team. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong financial analytical skills. Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
