The Role You will be assisting in developing business strategies, pursuing potential tenants to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties. 该岗位负责产业招商租赁工作。 Job Responsibilities -Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio 制定招商策略及落地工作,确保租赁指标的完成; -Pursuing potential manufacturing tenants. Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents, working with local government’s marketing department and association to expand tenants’ network; 拓展及维护招商渠道,包括但不限于制造业客户,中介和政府等渠道; -Identifying market segments and prospects 了解项目所在地行业发展趋势和市场需求; -Set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of asset; 制定合理的租户配置和有效的租赁方案并完成落地,控制费用使资产的净营业收入***化; -Involving in lease and marketing management 能够独立完成租赁合同的谈判和签订; -Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor 其他主管安排的工作内容。 Job Requirements -Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent 大专及以上学历,市场营销、企业管理及地产相关专业优先; -At least 8 years’ relevant experience in BD/ marketing and leasing 八年以上房地产相关招商经验; -Good command of verbal and written English 英语书面能力良好; -Excellent interpersonal skills 出色的沟通表达和人际交往能力; -Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts 有较强的市场敏锐度及丰富招商渠道资源; -Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment. 具备良好的团队合作精神,工作自驱力及抗压能力强。
