2.Facilities & Equipment: Operate assigned equipment, strictly follow instrument instructions/manuals; implement equipment maintenance program and quality control program, responsible for equipment calibration and validation.
3.EHS&5S：Maintain the workplace in good condition and meet the company's EHS requirements.
4. ISO17025: Assist in maintaining the Laboratory 17025 quality system.


1. Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years background in polymers, chemistry, and materials science.
2. familiarity with engineering plastics or rubber testing.
