Job description - Responsible for the results of Connectivity solution in terms of promotion and consolidated gross profit in Chinese Market. - Create a roadmap and action plans for all our connectivity products and digital solutions that will bring us the necessary growth. - Follow up and ensure that Connectivity platform becomes part of our full service offering and this in close cooperation with the other product managers. - Develop and improve our processes based on connectivity data including sales approach, bundling, lead generation, upselling, quotation management, etc. - Make sure that our sales organization are fully trained, can pro-actively sells our Connectivity products and visit regular our Customer Centers to follow-up and support them in their local development. - Be the Local focal point of leads engine of CTS & key user of C4C in marketing team in customer center to manage all leads dispatching procedure and follow up lead conversion in C4C with the aim to increase quality of leads and value of leads for sales team. - Take full ownership of all sales campaign in C4C and continuously improve the quality, the procedure, and the results together with other BDMs or PMs in marketing team. - Support local E-commerce strategy in customer center by creating new ideas. Developing and supporting new functionalities on WeChat mini program and One Portal platform. ? To succeed, you will need?? Experience requirements - Sales management and/or Marketing experience in service - Genuine interest in digital solutions and IoT - Good Knowledge and experience in C4C - Experience of working in a CC and managing a team is considered a plus - Experience in project management ? Educational requirements The successful candidate should preferably have an engineering degree or a marketing degree with +5 years of relevant sales & marketing experience. Good command of English is required.?? ? Knowledge - Good both in written and oral English & Chinese. - Technical experience is required. ?
