Import & Export Ops. Specialist（contractor）

Department：Supply chain

Responsibilities：
- Manage and coordinate daily Import/Export operation for APAC RDC in an efficient and cost-effective way and ensure all the policies and processes are well implemented;
- Manage the 3PL and the brokers to perform on time customs declaration, recognize and address any outstanding issues on daily customs clearance and carry out the solutions; Ensure the high performance on customs clearance as aligned KPI target in contract is delivered;
- Monitor the status of import/export required licenses to ensure all needed certificate is in place timely. Conduct CCC exemption reconciliation and HS code classification review to mitigate the risks to business;
- Work with Warehouse vendor to monitor the daily inbound, outbound and inventory management with compliance and cost-effective requirement;
- Support Inventory & Quality team on bonded inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis, bonded extension inventory management and regular reporting to Customs authority;
- In charge the master data and manage the daily operation in systems, e.g., CMS, with good accuracy quality, and identify the opportunities for process/systems improvement;
- Support on projects and other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Supply Chain or other relevant areas.
- At least 3 years working experience on Import/Export operation in bonded warehouse, WGQ related experience is a plus.
- Customs brokerage certificate is preferred.
- Familiar with SAP, WMS, Bonded Customs System operation.
- Auto parts import &export background is preferred.
- Strong experience in 3PL management.
- Good Communicate skill, strong team spirit, Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good computer skill in Microsoft, especially excel.
- Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure.
- Efficient and productive on daily operation and strong exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

Working hours：周一至周五 9:00-18:00
