学历和资历Education and qualification:
College or bachelor’s degree.
Engineering background is preferred. Having experience in leading NPI project is preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Operating Procedures, Project Management. PMP certification is preferred.
Organizational skills.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, One Note). PWA is a plus.
At least 5 years + Experience working in an International, Multi-Cultural Environment.
Frequent traveling is required.
Oral and written English translation as needed.

岗位职责Position responsibility:
Responsible for tracking the project plan and forecast risk.
Responsible for coordinating among US R&D teams and Other US and China Operation teams for project implementation.
Complete periodic status reviews, understand timetables and program terminology.
Connect window between suppliers and internal team to do coordination and arrangement.
Uses spreadsheet and other system tools extensively. Performs other related duties as required.
Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events.
Responsible for taking the meeting recaps in English.
