KPM Analyst (Project Analyst) Position: Key Project Manager Assistant o Role: Assist the Key Project Manager to create competitive proposals (to boost the company sales), establish and maintain projects budgets, monitor clients’ projects schedule o Responsibilities: ? Assist the KMP to draft proposals for new potential projects ? For the confirmed projects, collect and monitor all the cost ? Oversee after-sales support and maintenance management. Responsibilities: 1) Learn how to create a furniture BOM (bill/list of materials and components) during projects acquisition phase i. Establish a good communication with Sourcing and Purchasing team ii. Require a detailed suppliers and materials cost comparison to Purchasing team iii. Study how to build a furniture and read technical drawings iv. Pay visits to factories and suppliers to study our industry products
2) Together with the KPM, the KPM assistant – coordinator is responsible to create and keep updated the projects schedule to client 3) Together with the KPM, the KPM assistant – coordinator is responsible to collect the cost of each project and prepare a P&L 4) During a project in case of extra or variation orders, the KPM assistant needs to prepare a CO or VO 5) Read furniture and construction drawings on paper and the computer (use of CAD format). 6) Learn how to handle internal communication (with purchasing dep., sourcing dep., logistics dep., engineering dep., productions dep.,) and external communication (suppliers/vendors) 7) To be available to work on weekends and holidays when necessary during rush delivery times. Qualifications: 1) Bachelor degree or above. 2) Good oral and written English. 3) Basic experience in designing or construction field is a plus, also basic experience in purchasing role is a plus. 4) Basic experience in furniture manufacturing field is a plus. 5) Ability to read engineering and architectural drawings is a plus. 6) Minimum 1 year working experience. 7) Strong-minded, motivated, career driven and initiative oriented.
