Your mission - Checking and ensuring product quality standards at the manufacturing sites in China from product development to series production to final acceptance - Conducting regular manufacturing inspections and quality tests on non-food items, including evaluating initial samples and prototypes for safety aspects and functionality at the production sites - Preparation of inspection / test reports and communication of the results to internal departments, e.g. QC - Evaluation of product and production conditions - Checking and tracking of corrective actions and improvements - Development, implementation and follow-up of improvements as well as corrective actions Your profile - A technical degree is an advantage or you have comparable technical qualification and experiences in this field - Several years of professional experience in quality control/quality assurance according to European standards, ideally in the field of non-food hard goods are an advantage - Experience and knowledge of quality assurance processes through production inspections according to AQL standard DIN 2859 desirable - Routine in the preparation of inspection reports as well as good technical understanding - Fluent written and spoken English - High willingness to travel and work - Careful, independent and reliable work style as well as high sense of responsibility Your mission - Your opportunity - Work in a multinational and experienced team with a lot of creative freedom - Workplace in the center of Shanghai, one of the most modern and dynamic metropolises in the world - Steep learning curve with constantly changing challenges and professional development opportunities - Induction by an experienced team - Attractive package, e.g. relocation support, home flight budget, private health insurance
