Analog Design Engineer

We’re seeking talented Analog Design Engineers to join our fast-growing team developing high-performance and high-speed interface ICs for fast expanding automotive markets. Responsibilities:

· Design and analyze analog and mixed signal circuits.

· Simulate and verify circuit functionality and performance.

· Analog circuits modeling.

· Reliability validation.

· Contribute to the definition of circuit architecture.

· Contribute to bench characterization.

Qualifications:

· MSEE or BSEE with 2+ years of experience in analog IC design.

· Detailed knowledge in analog circuits including bandgaps, op-amps, regulators, oscillators, data-converters, PLL, high speed IO circuits etc.

· Familiar with industry standard design/simulation tools, comprehensive simulation skills include post-layout analysis, Corner analysis, Monte Carlo and reliability analysis.

· Understanding of analog layout is required.

· Understanding of reliability concern is a plus.

· Experience and solid knowledge on high voltage BCD process is a plus.

· Excellent communication, self-motivated, team worker and eagerness to learn.

? 需要熟悉模拟layout。

? 熟悉设计可靠性问题者优先。

? 有高压BCD 工艺经验和扎实的知识者优先。

? 优秀的沟通能力、自我激励、团队合作精神和学习热情。
