Main Responsibilities Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and requirements Work with customers and internally for quoting, negotiation, bidding, contract etc. from inquires to project kick off. Manage customers’ expectations and work with customers and testing department Ensure all sales orders and setup and launched Deliver sales results that meet and/or exceed sales goals established by management Follow Link Global sales strategy, dedication to product diversification Monitor and report on competitive activity and provide sales and marketing feedback on customer and industry direction Remain alert for sales opportunities relevant to new area and other LINK businesses
Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher with in Mechanical, Electrical or auto engineering background Minimum 5 years of sales working experience in related field Fluently communicate in English Superb understanding with the transportation testing market, customer’s organizations and relations, related domestic and international trade policies. Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behavior. Deductive Reasoning — The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Ability to travel 25%+ domestically and internationally
