Roles and Responsibilities Define evidence gaps to support the value of PDx products, designing and implementing research collaboration (Including but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI) research) that fill these gaps; Identifying available data sources and collaborate with radiologists/clinicians to implement research collaboration. Leading or supporting the data analysis, especially using medical image processing algorithms, including traditional methods, machine learning or deep learning. Leading or supporting collaboration research reports development Leading or supporting key manuscripts writing and publications of collaboration research Provide full response to data science related enquiries in PDx products related area originating both internally and externally Maintain /develop KOL/Key decision makers partnership in the field to empower PDx visibility and build advocacy Developing and delivering tools and messages to support broad medical education Build strong partnership with key associations to do research and Pdx Products related area education To strongly and promptly support the management of adverse drug reactions in the responsible region. Will be the preferred field-based scientific partner for both internal and external customers and will be the key driver of scientific training in the responsible region. Required Qualifications PhD or excellent Master’s degree, majored in clinical medicine, pharmacy, Biomedical Imaging, or related area. Preferred with solid experience in various medical image processing algorithms in machine learning or deep learning; Python, Matlab, R experience are highly preferred. Experience in scientific paper publication such as SCI paper publication is highly preferred. Experience in any of radiology, nuclear medicine, oncology or cardiology would be an advantage. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to a range of internal and external customers. Curious, customer focused, result-driven, agile to business change, and long-termism.
