Our client is a European new energy materials Group Co., Ltd Job responsibilities: 1.Responsible for metal management based on China metal prices, to ensure the back-to-back hedging principle applied for China supply-sales. Be the interface towards global supply and controlling team. Develop capabilities and competencies in the region to cope with increasing business and the resulting complexities 2.Creates metal margin contribution by taking the arbitrage of different metal price level between Guangzhou Future Exchange and CME/LME, in a close alignment with global teams. 3.Propose and optimize the business flow from metal sulphates refining till CAM sales through the different channels from upstream refining partners. To ensure the setup is most competitive along the whole battery material value chain in China, balancing short term and long term partnership with each stakeholder. 4.Responsible for the RBM Refining Congo-China flows, working closely with Refining controller to direct and oversee the complex supply chain set-up, ensure the visibility ,efficiency and commercial improvements 5.Managing the supply back office team and planning in aligning with sales planning, optimize the stock and net working capital Required profile: 1.Functional requirements (Education, experience, technical skills, …) 2.Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, Science or Engineering with additional exposure to finance and business administration, with the relevant multi-disciplinary experience. 3.A minimum experience of 5-10 years mainly in commercial or finance 4.A good understanding of upstream supply chain and sales, experienced in import / export and tolling business models. 5.Strong in mastering and simplifying complexity, analytical and structured. 6.Business Process minded. 7.Strong change management skills: change agent, improver, and resolver. 8.Strong communication skills. 9.Strong project management skills. 10.Fluent in English and Chinese (oral and written) Personal skills (Behavioural competencies) 1.High integrity, commitment, reliable, and confidential 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3.Being a strong team player, willing to discuss & challenge, and at the same time open minded not taking issues personal 4.Business acumen and analytical, seeing the bigger picture, pragmatic, forward looking. 5.Willing to walk the extra mile and stress resistant Notice: 1.候选人熟悉金属市场行情;2.懂期货套保操作与财务相关知识;3.侧重于对金属大宗商品的价格管理能力,不需要与供应商谈判与采购;4.英语口语流利沟通。
