Main Responsibilities: -Understanding of E&A business drivers in each Shipping Segments and able to create compelling value propositions based on those knowledge of marine/O&G engineering, ship equipment & production. 了解电气自动化在海事领域各个细分市场的商务驱动因素,并能根据海运/油气工程、船舶设备和生产的知识,创造令人信服的价值主张。
-Investigate and analyze Chinese market, i.e. CSSC shipyards, Chinese owner and designer. 调查和分析中国市场,即中船集团的船厂,中国船东和设计公司。
-Actively visit customers to uncover new business and opportunities. 积极拜访客户以发现新的业务和机会
-Actively conduct product promotions for CSSC shipyards, Chinese owner and designer (or customers) by creating value propositions. 积极通过创造价值主张,为中船船厂,中国船东和设计公司(或客户)进行产品推荐。
-Cooperate and coordinate sales activities for cross country operating customer with responsible colleague. 与负责的同事合作协调跨国经营客户的销售活动。
-Find and develop new customers, i.e. Chinese owners and designers. 寻找并发展新客户,即中国船东和设计公司。
-Create together internal resources to address certain markets to prompt technical solution and create value for customers. 建立内部资源,以满足某些市场的需求,为客户提供技术解决方案和创造价值。
-Make standard TA for standard E&A products with the customers. 为客户制作E&A标准产品的技术规格书。
-Undertake technical and commercial discussions with customers by internal support. 通过内部支持与客户进行技术和商业讨论。
-Order intake target setting, reporting and follow-up. 订单获取的目标设定、报告和后续行动
-Manage, monitor and develop the business in the region and report it to Sales Director. 管理、监督和发展该地区的业务,并向销售总监汇报。
-Develop sales and customer satisfaction both with the shipyards and owners. 提高船厂和船东的销售和客户满意度
-Build and maintain relationships with internal and external decision makers and stakeholders. 建立和维护内外部决策者和利益相关者的关系。
Job Requirements: -Familiar with shipyard purchasing process and have good relationship with CSSC shipyard. Extensive experience with dealing with governmental department or ship-owner. 熟悉船厂采购流程,与CSSC的船厂有着良好关系,与政府部门或船东有丰富的项目经验。
-Have customer resources from up and down marine industry, have comprehensive sales channels from up and down maritime industry chain. 有航运上下游企业的客户资源,有航运上下游企业的完整的销售渠道
