Your main responsibilities are
? Responsible for the successful coordination relating to 2-Stroke field service jobs.
? Close cooperating with Resource Managers assigning engineers to jobs.
? Acting as key contact person for the customer during the work order, interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
? Liaising with customers to coordinate detailed schedules, parts, tools, authorizations and permits, and to formalize service bookings.
? Taking responsibility for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs.
? Raising Technical Request when applicable;
? Implement service follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback, maintaining service KPI's.
? Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines.

You will shine in this role when you have:

? Technical background in Marine Engineering, preferably field service experience in 2-Stroke engines.
? Customer interest focused, commitment to deliver qualified services to customers' expectation; 4. Proven team work skill, and ability to reschedule/replanning in constantly dynamic situation.
? Good cost awareness.
? Good communication skill, fluent in both Mandarin and English.
? College degree or above.
