岗位职责job Responsibilities:
1. 根据各区域销售部要求，协调OEM工厂按计划生产。According to the requirements of the regional sales department, coordinate the OEM factory to produce as planned.
2. 根据OEM工厂的生产计划，安排相关物料和包材配送。Arrange the distribution of materials and packaging materials according to OEM production plan.
3. 根据各区域销售部的发货要求，联系OEM工厂按要求发货，并跟踪物流情况。According to the delivery requirements of the regional sales department, contact OEM factory to make delivery according to the requirements, and follow up the logistics situation.
4. 在Oracle JDE系统里操作相应的扣料和入库。Operate the corresponding button and storage in the Oracle JDE system.
5. 每月核对发货清单和记录，配合采购部和财务部做好付款申请及付款记录。Check shipping list and record monthly, cooperate with purchasing department and finance department to make payment application and payment record.
6. 每月核对OEM工厂生产量核算加工费。Check OEM factory production capacity monthly to calculate the processing fee.
7. 每月核对OEM工厂的库存情况，确保库存准确性。Check the inventory status of OEM factory every month to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
8. 协调OEM工厂其他事宜。Coordinate other OEM factory issues.
9. 中国区各工厂及OEM的安全库存制定及维护。Develop and maintain safety stock for all factories and oems in China.
10. 每月销售预测的维护。Maintain monthly sales forecast.
11. 库存分析及呆料管理。Inventory analysis and stock management.
12. MRP系统运行及维护。MRP system operation and maintenance.
13. 领导交办的其他工作。Other work assigned by the leader.
