Develop editorial plans and create daily internal communication messages (written and visual) in line with the content style of corporate brand identity and specific platforms ? Coordinate and manage to ensure quality execution of internal communications events, primarily annual meetings, town halls and other executive events ? Manage assigned internal communication platforms, engage with its audience, and enhance it per user experience and feedback ? Work as an internal communications partner for assigned business units, functions, and departments to align internal communication strategies and drive communication programs
? Qualification: ? Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English ? Journalistic skill set incl. news interview, story writing and reporting is a plus ? Creativity and ability to produce socially engaging videos is a plus ? Experience in managing social media account could be preferred ? Good sense of visual design and aesthetics. Basic design skills are required while proficiency is preferred ? Expertise in standard business and creative software including Microsoft Office365, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
