RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Lead HR digital learning platforms and tools from design to implementation
o Manage digital learning projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standard; o Implement and manage the digital learning platform, including the digitalization of learning resources and content curation; o Ensure the smooth operation and functionality of the digital learning platform, collaborating with IT teams or vendors as needed; o Develop and curate engaging digital learning content, such as e-learning modules, videos, and webinars, in collaboration with subject matter experts internally and externally; o Translate existing content into Chinese to cater to Chinese employee populations; o Solicit feedback from stakeholders, collect and analyze data on learning engagement, completion rates, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives and continously improve to enhance effectiveness.
? Events and activities support and execution
o Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of TMTD or other assigned events and activities; o Collaborate with internal teams, BHRs and other cross-function team members to ensure successful delivery of TMTD or other relevant HR initiatives assigned.
? TMTD related programs branding and communication o Utilize various channels (internal newsletters, social media, intranet, etc.) to communicate and brand TMTD programs under ACA (AbbVie China Academy).
? Administrative support o Handle administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) creation, purchasing agreements, and other relevant administrative duties for TMTD team. o Maintain accurate records and documentation related to learning and development activities.
EXPERIENCE: ? Bachelor's degree in English, Media Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, , or related field. Master's degree is a plus. ? Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply. ? Passion for TMTD/HR and with a strong interest in digital platforms, high learning agility. ? Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin). ? Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in video editing and other digital content creation tools is highly desired.
