Plan, Propose and implement Industrial improvements in the existing operations through lay-out changes, necessary investments based on ROI with a target of improving the efficiency, decrease the non-value added, reduce waste, waiting time and waste time.
计划、实施工艺改进来优化现有布局，以投资回报率为目标进行必要投资，达到提高效率，减少无价值投入和浪费，优化工序时间。
Deploy Excellence manufacturing targets through LEAN and statistical tools, ensure internal training, understanding with challenging targets, provide and update necessary SOPs
通过精益和统计工具制定合理的生产指标，通过内部培训和对挑战性的目标的理解，提供并更新必要的标准作业流程。
Control and maintain existing equipment.
掌握和维护现有设备。
Monitor, measure and report the industrial processes effectiveness like productivity, people and machine efficiency.
监测并汇报工业流程的有效性，如生产力，人工和机器设备的效率。
Continuous communication and convincing skills to deploy the processes, get people adhesion in the different projects.
具有持续良好的沟通能力和说服力，优化流程，让工人在不同的项目中能够标准作业。
This position reports to the GM, this position is part of the Leadership team of the factory.

MS tools command, CAD command (SolidWorks is a plus)
